An Overview of My Practice

Consumer Bankruptcy

I handle all matters related to consumer bankruptcy, including filings under Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. I will work with you to determine whether you qualify for the discharge of debts under a Chapter 7 liquidation proceeding or whether you can proceed with a plan for the repayment of creditors over a three to five year period under Chapter 13. Divorce

I work closely with men and women at all stages of a divorce, from the initial filing and determinations of temporary custody, visitation and support to post-judgment requests for modification of existing divorce decrees. I handle all matters related to or arising out of a divorce, including child custody and visitation, child support, alimony or spousal support, and the division of marital property. Guardian ad Litem Representation

I serve as a guardian ad litem, helping other attorneys and individuals who need a third party to make a determination regarding the best interests of minor children. Visit my guardian ad litem page to learn more.

Child Custody and Support

I advise individuals involved in controversies over child custody and child support. I help parties establish and implement custody and visitation arrangements that are in the best interests of minor children while protecting their rights as parents. Family Law
